Danz Insanity is a total addiction and beyond a hardcaore workout. It has brought me a perma rainbow to my life and has unlocked my inner self. I feel like the ME I was meant to be.
I love working out and building muscle but I have always had a love/hate relationship with cardio. Running outside and cardio machines get old. Jenn brought her amazing talents to my athletic club and I fell in love with Danz Insanity. It has become my addiction. I work hard to NEVER miss a class! The choreography is easy to follow but cardio challenging enough that you have to push yourself. In class I work everything and burn calories like CRAZY. I love bringing DANCE back into my life. It not an aerobic class, its dancing! I forget I’m 51 years old when I go to class! Danz Insanity is my cardio of choice, my party fix, my dance outlet, my fountain of youth!!
I am not dancer! I have been a runner, lifted weights and pretty much have stuck to traditional gym fitness most of my teenage and adult life. And then one day I walked into a Danz Insanity class and met Jenn. I automatically thought I would never learn the steps. Wow was I wrong! Besides Jenn being an inspiring, creative and brilliant instructor, her dance and choreography background of over 25 years is her strength as she literally turns you into a studio like dancer for an hour while and completely disguising a massive cardio intense workout! There is truly NOTHING like Danz Insanity! Its where the dance studio has merged with athletics and its so beyond a fitness class. Its an experience, a total party and ANYONE can do it!
I owe everything and MORE to Danz Insanity. My entire life I’ve avoided anything I’m not great at and am very self-consious and self critical. Taking Danz Insanity classes have allowed me to grow and evolve, in addition to all the sweat, community and fun. It’s insane to think that at my age I am in the best shape of my life both mentally and physically and Jenn and Danz Insanity are SOLELY responsible. I am forever eternally grateful.
